1. Business Development Strategy to identify business potential in different segments of E- Learning space. Drive growth, drive P n L, including sales targets
- Positioning of Gati Intellect with stakeholders such as educational Institutes, corporates and direct retail segment (professional, fresh graduates) and empanel them.
- Lead BDE team to acquire business by enrolling students and first time job seekers for the E- learning courses.
- To develop digital marketing and sales plan for launch of E- learning programs
- To provide sales kit, Boot Camp training to Business Development team for conversion of leads to course enrolment.
- Develop new channels for marketing and increase enrolment and target for exponential growth
- To manage 'day 2 day' business operations including, LMS operations, conduct of seminars/ webinars to enroll network partners, students for courses offered, conduct of training sessions, assessments of students participating in courses, certification, job placements etc.
- Develop Strategy to tie up with International institutions and market international universities courses in India for E- learning, On-site learning etc.
- Assessment of market demand of E-learning courses
- Execution of courses within the planned budget.
- Responsible for Direct sales and digital leads conversion to enrolment of courses.
