Key Areas :

- Plan, direct, and monitor all supply and logistics activities to ensure a cost-effective flow of merchandise from suppliers to customers and shall be taking care of End to End SCM which includes all regions as well as depots at large nos. Good People Handling Skills.

Deliverables :

- Generating rolling forecast for large SKU using CRM software, Identifying aged inventory and discussing the same for movement/liquidation, Drive S&OP process with cross functional departments, Quarter planning along with sales & marketing and supply planning team, Developing and assisting for new MIS report and software enhancements, Continuous redefining forecasting software based on input parameters and user requirements

- Handling large SKUs base supply chain

- SAP data management through old CVC deletion, SIT removal, billing blocks etc.

- Ensuring timely execution of orders in the coordination of different product segments and marketing divisions.

- Ensuring Maximum & Minimum level of inventories / stocks at depots.

- To handle supply and logistics activities to maximize the efficiency, reliability, timeliness, and cost effectiveness of the organization's supply chain.

- Developed and implemented supply and logistics plans, schedules and procedures; allocate labour and capital resources to meet targets in areas such as transit and delivery times; inventory levels; purchasing, warehousing, and storage costs; and service standards.
