About this Role :

The job role is for a Specialist position in the Talent Neuron. As part of this practice you will be directly contributing to our flagship platform - Talent Neuron-, used by HR leaders across the industry to gain useful insights on emerging global and local HR trends.

What You'll Do :

- Conduct secondary research to share talent specific quantitative and qualitative data points that are backed by multiple evidences.

- Recommend non-standard data models to aid the solutioning of global talent problems.

- Apply deductive and inductive reasoning to test accuracy of data

- Collate data and prepare reports in Excel or PPT with minimal inputs from the reporting manager.

- Contribute ideas or mini innovations to enhance research and quality process

- Interpret data to bring out meaningful insights by correlating different data points.

- Supports the quality check process in the respective team

What You'll Need:

- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of exp. OR master's degree with 0-3 years of exp. required preferably from top Tier institutes working in a Research/Consulting Organization.

- Excellent secondary research skills.

- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel and Word). Python or R is a plus.

- Logical reasoning and data interpretation (Ven diagrams, Set/sub-set/ super set, weighted average, standard deviation etc.). Basic to Intermediate Knowledge of Python/R is a plus
