About this role:

Gartner's corporate marketing department is looking for a Senior Specialist in social media marketing, the ideal candidate is deeply familiar with all elements of social media marketing operations, and is now looking to add value through developing strategy and overseeing flawless execution. This role will be responsible for managing all paid social activities on all major social networks.

What you will do :

- Manage & execute paid social marketing campaigns, optimize performance based on ROI targets, and build strategic testing roadmaps. Lead the development, management, and optimization of a comprehensive social strategy.


- Create social media campaign strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules or Formulating campaign strategy, researching potential marketing channels, analyzing competitors, and testing.


- Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, CCOE, Conferences marketing, and corporate marketing.


- Collaboration with Corporate Communications team, considering relationship and optimization opportunities across organic and paid channels Partnership with larger PPC team to design integrated campaigns across all paid channels. Provides training and guidance to social media and marketing team members on social media implementation best practices and strategies.


- Directly manage and mentor the team responsible for the execution of a social media strategy across all major platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.). Partner with cross functional Marketing Analytics team to develop a deeper understanding of how Performance Marketing campaigns contribute to business success.


- Liaise with stakeholders in multiple corporate functions worldwide, supporting campaign design, execution, budget management, and performance measurement Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.

Who you are :

- 6- 7 years of digital marketing experience with a significant part of that being hands-on experience with Social Media. 


- Degree in Communications or Marketing. An in-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running.


- Paid Social campaigns (Knowledge & experience of using LinkedIn campaign manager, Facebook Power Editor and Twitter Ads Manager).


- Substantial experience in digital marketing account management; with previous accountability for annual billings in excess of $1MM.


- Facebook Blueprint certified; Google Advertising Fundamentals Exam a plus.


- A good understanding of Google analytics and other web analytics packages Proficient in content marketing theory and application.


- Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.

- Possesses strong business writing skills and able to produce high quality documents.


- Demonstrates a structured and methodical way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands and effectively prioritize tasks. Exhibits a high level of attention to detail.


- Possesses strong interpersonal skills, particularly influencing and listening skills.


- Is a confident and articulate presenter.


- Proven ability to proficiently chair meetings.


- Possesses the requisite Project Management skills required to ensure seamless standards of service and delivery.
