Gartner - Senior Program Specialist - Analytics COE

Main Responsibilities

- Lead reporting and analytics for NCE - Net Client Engagement. Work with NCE Director to define the right GTM objectives for NCE and design, reporting, Ops review and calibration materials for NCE.

- Help Analytics Center of Excellence within the Gartner Service Delivery organization. Support and improve client retention by providing insights to our Services organization to drive retention activities.

- Work with CP (Client Partner), CRA (Client Research Associate), TCM (Team Client Manager), LCM (Leadership Client Manger), ICM (Invest Client Manager), CNR (Custom Newsletter and Reprints Program Manager) service groups (BUs) to understand metrics/KPIs and priorities for each BU and design and develop analytics to provide better visibility on leading indicators for each metric/KPIs.

- Monitor mailboxes for NCE and other BUs to respond timely to SDA (Service Delivery Associates) questions and clarifications

- Support BU POCs to Review losses and turnaround of risky renewals each month to understand the driver of retention. Synthesize findings quarterly.

- Conduct data analysis for accuracy, trend identification and opportunities to enhance data usability by the intended audience.

- Meet reporting requirements (deadlines, content requirements & accuracy, template adherence, user readability) in support of Business Partner's needs.

- Drive innovation to come up with new analytics providing new business insights; automate regular reports using tools like SQL, R etc. and make it more impactful using data visualization tools

- Be the subject matter expert and facilitator for analytics

- Develop analysis to understand correlation between SDA activities and retention and conduct pilots with select SDAs to prioritize their activities and measure impact on retention

Professional Experience

- Overall 5+ years of experience

- Experience in consulting preferred

- 2-3 years managing sales support or knowledge support services

- 2-3 years of data analytics experience

- Microsoft Office expertise

- Knowledge of SQL or basic programming skills required

- Knowledge of analytics software eg. Tableau or similar

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Analytical thinker with experience deriving business insights from data analytics

- Detail-oriented with high personal standard for quality

- Exposure to corporate data warehouses and databases preferred

- Experience developing and maintaining management reports in Excel
