About this role:

- The senior. Financial Analyst role is designated to support the growth of our expanding business units providing strategic financial direction.

What you'll do:

- Collaborate with Consulting Global Finance and Operations team to define and execute on reporting needs

- Develop a strong understanding of the Consulting Finance and Operation data and how it can be leveraged in reports

- Create predictive modeling to assess future performance

- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support finance and business requests

- Working knowledge of data analytics software such as Power BI, Python/R etc. as well as passion for automation of processes/reporting using these tools

- Create new Power BI reports in conjunction with the warehouse data acquisition

- Assist with design, development and testing of enhancements to existing or new reports and dashboards

- Assume responsibility for daily and monthly reporting jobs

- Develop a proficiency in the retrieval and manipulation of data from spreadsheets, the data warehouse and database environments

What you'll need:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Statistics is required, Masters or Advanced degree is a plus

- 4+ years of business experience with at least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Power BI development

- Programming language experience like Python/R

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Power BI, Excel and Access

- Proven analytic skills, including mining, evaluation, analysis, and visualization

- Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations

- Hands-on experience with one or more BI platforms (Oracle BI tools preferred)
