About the team:

The Secondary Research team supports Customer and Market Research with relevant audience, sector, and competitive intelligence to inform the product lifecycle. The Manager Secondary Research will be responsible for pulling, analyzing, and reporting data to generate actionable insights. The role will cover requirements from the business globally, particularly requests from the US.

Job description:

- Experience in syndicated data pulling, evaluation and reporting

- Experience with data sources across the B2B and B2C audiences and industries, (e.g. Capital IQ, Crayon, eMarketer, Dow Jones Factiva, Refinitiv Thomson Reuters, Ipsos Affluent, Global Business Influencers, Forrester, IDC, Iconoculture, Euromonitor, Mintel, etc.)

- Experience with database manipulation software/tools (Telmar, PowerBI) and knowledge of how to read/interpret data tabulations.

- The ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work effectively.

- Work closely with the customer and market research leads to ensure the timeliness and quality of deliverables

Essential must-have skills:3-5

- 3-7 years of experience in secondary, syndicated, competitive intelligence research

- Some experience managing or mentoring junior staff

- Ability to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial oriented environment

- Strong communication skills, ability to work well in a team

- Experience working with teams across geographies

- Excellent Excel, presentation & Strong writing skills
