Gartner - Operations Specialist - Analytics

About this role:

- Aid in the development, and implementation of our HPCC analytics and data for Gartner's global High Performance Coaching Centers. Our goal is to increase our analytical capabilities and derive actionable insights into the coaching opportunities across our salesforce, as well as create a scalable data infrastructure and user-friendly reporting environment that can effectively support our growing company.

Support Sales Productivity

- Analyze data to identify sales pipeline trends and make recommendations on which skills to coach in the HPCC that will drive Sales productivity improvements

- Identify sales and pipeline trends while benchmarking with historical trends.

- Identify and produce visuals to communicate critical HPCC metrics

- Enhance our capability to analyze and - make sense- of large sets of data and translate findings in a visually appealing manner that tell a story and help us make better data driven decisions

- Continually look for ways to improve regular delivery of standard analysis/reporting through automation and streamlining

Support HPCC analytics and Reporting

- Provide ad-hoc analytics and information to help address HPCC data questions in a timely and efficient manner

- Create high quality analytics/reports and translate them into value added findings to drive HPCC coaching actions

- Prepare our organization for scale and help build reporting algorithms to draw conclusions across metrics such as productivity, pipeline, conversion rates

Support HPCC Operations

- Compile list of associates who should participate in HPCC activities based upon data and analytics reporting

- Build infrastructure that will support HPCC workshop calendar and scheduling process

- Set agendas and manage the scheduling of HPCC workshops, including coordination of logistics with relevant Business Unit partners

- Monitor HPCC attendance and provide reporting to ensure workshops are maximized and fully utilized by the salesforce

- Strong partnership with HPCC team and Leadership Programs Project Coordinator

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree is required; Masters or advanced degree a plus

- 4+ years of working experience preferred. Preferably working in data analytics and visualization, business intelligence, or analytical consulting

- Exceptional excel skills

- Experience and aptitude to work with different data sources

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- 1Strong organizational skills

- Ability to work effectively on multiple projects at the same time

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and with little direction

- Strong analytics skills and experience in Power BI and OBIEE

- Familiarity with DAX and SQL

- Comfortable speaking to large groups
