About this role:

- The Lead Analyst would be primarily responsible for survey-based primary research conducted through Gartner Research Board's Consult the Board (CTB) service. This service allows the global CIO members to ask each other questions on any technology related topic, from innovation best practices to IT benchmarking exercises. Responsibilities of a Lead Analyst would include primary research survey design in collaboration with the member, validation of the analysis conducted by senior researchers, guidance and coaching of senior researchers writing Consult the Board (CTB) reports, and quality control for the CTB reports written by senior researchers and delivered to members.

- Responsible for developing primary research surveys that will be sent to members. 

- Responsible for confirming the accuracy of analysis conducted by senior researchers, validating statements made in the CTB reports, and maintaining overall quality of report content. Help to evolve CTB reports including updating format, design, and delivery in order to make CTB reports higher impact and more accessible. 

- Managing resource allocation of senior researchers writing CTB reports and ensuring that CTB reports meet delivery deadlines.

- Coach and mentor more junior associates in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, designing effective graphics, and writing impactful and compelling reports. 

- Collaborate with client-facing analysts and service delivery associates globally to understand member requirements and validate research findings; collaborate with Production team to design and deliver materials.

Professional Skills & Competencies Requirement:

- At least seven years of experience writing high-impact reports based on analysis of data in a research agency, consultancy organization, or in the internal research team of an end-user organization. 

- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; should be able to perform original analysis and glean insights from data in variety of formats 

Exceptional business writing skills -

- Strong communication skills, both oral & written 

- Self-driven and growth-oriented mindset, able to deliver high productivity 

- Strong project management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines 

- Ability to work in teams and be able to accept and provide constructive feedback.
