HR Operations - Vendor Invoicing with Gartner We have an open role available as a Recruitment Program Specialist with our organisation based in Gurgaon We are looking out for candidates with good exposure in vendor invoicing, candidate reimbursements, HR admin operations etc. Role insight - - Responsible for processing, tracking and reporting cost data for all recruiting program initiatives including Recruiting Coordination, Vendor Management, Referral Program, Recruiting Events and Agency Spend - Drive increased results for recruiting programs by providing accurate data/reporting and consistent global execution of processes - Liaise with appropriate recruiting and hiring partners for necessary approvals - Manage the specialized regional procurement and reimbursement forms - Provide spend guidelines to all candidates prior to travel - Partner closely with Finance and Procurement teams If interested, kindly apply and I will reach out to you to have a detailed discussion asap
