About the team:

The Service's Data Science team innovates the way towards helping clients receive value, so technology leaders will be able to make smarter decisions in a different way. This team works on delivering valuable insights from unstructured data, developing statistical and machine learning based methods to build, measure and improve client engagement & retention

Job description :

- Lead a team of data scientists from top tier schools by managing and mentoring them to level up with respect to technical skills and soft skills. Coach high performing associates for the next level.

- Provide thought leadership towards problem structuring & solutioning on strategic business initiatives aimed at increasing client engagement and retention. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to plan, prototype and iterate.

- Lead Technical solution design of different AI/ML-based projects and drive execution to ensure a reliable, scalable, maintainable solution.

- Partner with product owners to plan integration of data science algorithms in existing Service tools and platforms. Closely partner with data engineering team for deployment.

- Build end to end solutions to enable effective management of client risk. Lead development of statistical models to predict client retention probability and enable Service Delivery teams leverage insights and plan appropriate actions.

- Develop next best action recommendations for clients and collaborate with Product Owners towards integration into Service tools.

- Use NLP to derive insights from unstructured text data on client interest and priorities and develop algorithms and solutions to recommend relevant assets to clients

Essential must-have skills :

- BE/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Applied Math, Operations Research, Statistics, Economics or related field

- Experience leading and developing high performing teams

- 10+ years experience working on solving problems by utilizing Machine Learning techniques and NLP

- Experience working with data engineering and product teams to deploy ML solutions in an Agile environment

- Strong business acumen.

- Ability to solve complex business problems and ability to manage ambiguity

- Strong communication skills and executive presence
