About this role:

Lead the AI development team to architect, design, develop and deploy enterprise solutions which include components across the Artificial Intelligence spectrum such as Chatbots, Virtual Assistants, Machine Learning, and Cognitive Services e.g. Vision/Image, Textual/Language/Audio processing

What you'll do:

- Develop BOT orchestration across the enterprise, with key focus on framework, design

- Derive Speech/audio transcription, data enrichment, linguistic identification

- Uncover insights, patterns, sentiment, key phrases from the content- Structured, unstructured, documents and media

- Derive content recommendations, risk assessments, predictions, behavioral modelling based on analysis of large data sets using machine learning algorithms

- Use regression models to determine factors that impact retention leading to client engagement

- Build NLP (Natural Language Processing) for the enterprise to interface with both voice and text

- Work on building efficient workflow for experimenting, developing, and testing AI algorithms and architecture including data collection and annotation

- Generate appropriate communication, documentation, process and architecture footprint

What you'll need:

- 15+ years of Industry experience with Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Data Mining, Stat or a related field

- 6+ years of experience in the implementation of Advanced Analytics /Analytics solutions focused on customer facing applications

- 5 + years of experience in building and designing AI and ML solutions focused in automation, prediction, Risk assessment, Bot development, Speech/text analysis, RPA

- 3+ years of experience working with Azure Cognitive Services, Bot Frameworks, IBM Watson, Google Cloud Platform/Tensor Flow, or Amazon Web Services / Sagemaker, and open source

- 4+ years of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Linguistics, Semantic Design

- Experience designing and implementing open source AI frameworks - Pytorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Apache Open Source (Kafka, Storm, Spark) for NLP and ML Algorithms

- Hands-on experience with deep learning and supervised and unsupervised ML methods, ensemble learning techniques (e.g. boosting, Random Forests)

- Deep knowledge of scripting and analytics software, including R, Python or equivalent

- Fluent in big data management tools, such as Hadoop, NoSQL data stores as well more traditional relational database

- Ability to understand and communicate technical issues to a broad audience base, must be able to articulate AI processes in a clear and translatable fashion to all audience levels

- Digital product management experience is a plus
