The Data Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards/analytics using various technologies. Focus will be both strategic and tactical analytic solutions that assist in running the Consulting business.

About this role:

What you'll do:

- Assume ownership of legacy reporting processes, rationalize discrepancies, and provide cross coverage.

- Participate in business analysis activities to gather required reporting and dashboard requirements.

- Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the required reports and dashboards, created from potentially multiple data sources.

- Design and deliver new dashboards. Test and enhance existing dashboards.

- Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines, and repeatable processes.

- Effectively communicate opportunities, challenges, and resolutions.

- Provide training and assistance to users in the use and contents of dashboards.

What you'll need:

- 2+ years of business experience with 2+ years of experience in the BI space

- Graduate or Engineering degree

- Ability to work well both independently and on a team in a deadline driven environment

- Hands on experience with one or more BI platforms (a strong preference towards Power BI), Experience with data visualization a plus

- Knowledge/experience with Python and R to implement predictive models

- Intermediate SQL and Excel skills

- Strong written and verbal English language skills

- Detail-oriented with an unwavering commitment to pursue relevant and accurate data

- Results-oriented with the ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered and meeting deadlines
