About this role:

Our Corporate Marketing team designs marketing programs to help prospective customers understand how Gartner's insights, advice, and tools can help them achieve the mission critical priorities that drive organizational performance. The team accelerates sales activity by attracting, engaging and converting prospects through the delivery of compelling Gartner insights and experiences across the buyer journey.

Corporate Marketing's Content Marketing team is in search of a Content Marketing Specialist to support its editorial operations. The person who assumes this role will join a dynamic and collaborative team of marketers responsible for creating and publishing high-quality, high-performing brand awareness and campaign-driven content for both prospects and clients across the various roles and functions that Gartner serves. Content is managed, produced and measured via multiple internal and external platforms and tools.

The primary function of the Content Marketing Specialist role will be to help manage Content Marketing's editorial management process and production of content aimed at acquiring and engaging target audiences - on time and in line with the team's strategic goals and brand/editorial guidelines. As such, this role is vital to the team's ability to accelerate new business growth and increase awareness and understanding of the Gartner brand.

What you will do

- The Specialist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Content Marketing team, including: Staging and publishing all articles slated for the prospect-facing Smarter with Gartner site via the content management and publishing platforms, ensuring content published adheres to Content Marketing's style guide, publishing guidelines and deadlines.

- Overseeing the inventory and use of image assets and marketing promos

- Managing the content curation and production of role-based (e.g, human resources, IT, marketing) newsletters created to meet the goals and objectives of Gartner Conferences and Corporate Marketing

- Serving as the administrator of Gartner's public blog network - a channel used by Gartner analysts and experts to engage with clients, prospects and online communities - including setting up and managing blogger accounts and monitoring site performance and usage.

- Assisting with monitoring and reporting on the performance of various content types to identify trends, benchmarks, bright spots and areas for improvement

- Optimizing content for SEO

- Helping to manage the editorial calendar and related workflow tasks

What you will need:

- An eye for detail (even the smallest inconsistency will call out to you) with a high level of accuracy

- Excellent organizational skills

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Ability to shift priorities and meet deadlines

- Experience with content management platforms and publishing tools (e.g., WordPress, AEM)

- Experience with Google Analytics, preferred but not required

- SEO experience

- Willingness to learn and a commitment to producing high-quality, high-performing content

- This role will report to the Content Marketing Manager Editor, who is responsible for Content Marketing editorial operations.
