In order to efficiently scale and continue to delight customers, Gartner is investing in Associate Services Business Analyst (ASBA) role. The Global Strategy & Operations team at Gartner is a unique opportunity for talented individuals to gain exposure to critical business functions and jumpstart their corporate journey. Associate Services Business Analysts are staffed across various services teams including Client Insights, Client Outreach, Events, Analytics and New Initiatives. They have access to several senior business leaders from diverse backgrounds. Associates are expected to learn rapidly, develop skills and demonstrate increasing independence.

What you will do:

- Develop creative approaches to solve business problems for driving client retention

- Structure change programs and execute on them to influence colleagues to take action

- Build scalable processes across the services organization through continuous improvement and drive automation as required

- Apply LEAN principles, identify and operationalize ways to improve overall productivity and efficiency of our service delivery associates

- Identify top priorities for our clients and work with the service delivery teams to ensure we deliver client value

- Assess the value Gartner is adding to the clients through creating renewal pitches

- Track, interpret and report on key business metrics. Drive corrective actions

- Analyze information consolidated from multiple sources, identify and resolve conflicts. Break down high-level information into detailed workable requirements

- Discover and replicate best practices within Gartner or outside industry aiming for standardization and boosting effectiveness

- Communicate and present analytical insights to internal stakeholders and to senior management

What you will need:

- Pursuing graduate program in any stream

- Practical, intuitive problem solver with an ability to translate quantitative analysis into actionable insights

- Strong business orientation and entrepreneurial mindset

- Passion for client service and team leadership

- Excellent oral and written communication skills- Detail-oriented with high personal standard for quality and accuracy

- Strong collaboration skills; be a self-starter who can anticipate business needs and proactively work on them

- Strong Microsoft Office expertise Advanced Excel, PowerPoint
