About this role:

This is a unique opportunity for a creative and charismatic individual to be part of the product team for Gartner Peer Insights (GPI) and Gartner.com.

- GPI's mission is to transform the way enterprise software & services are bought and sold by creating the industry standard for reviews and ratings. Less than two years in, we have collected over 150,000 verified reviews from enterprise end-users. Gartner.com mission is to drive increases in engagement that lead to higher retention while continuously improving the performance of our digital product delivery. Projects focus on the gartner.com website and also touch on our client-facing mobile apps.

- If you are a product enthusiast and enjoy working in a fast paced lean startup team at an established brand, this is the role for you. You will have opportunities to be involved in several business initiatives. Having a strong goal-orientation (vs. a task-orientation) and an anchoring on the client experience will help you navigate the decisions needed to build great products.

What you will do:

- As an Associate you own end-to-end delivery of product and process related tasks

- Identify process improvement opportunities and structure problem solving using analytic approaches, see - so what- and, develop thorough, straightforward recommendations

- Provide inputs for streamlining processes and building best practices around reducing turnaround time (TAT) and enhancing process quality

- Collaborate with project lead to understand & scope project requirements and estimate the effort and map out delivery plan

- Conduct problem solving for escalations (root cause identification, process changes needed) - Develop processes to support the growing user base, to effectively deliver multiple requests and demonstrate measurable business impact thereof

- Learn - Lean Product Principles- and actively participate in other knowledge sharing sessions

- Engage with stakeholders through targeted, crisp and timely communication

Here is a sample of some initiatives you would work on:

- Validation & moderation of reviews submitted on Gartner Peer Insights, which are submitted by end-user of any technology product

- Drive client visits, participation and engagement within Peer Connect (Gartner.com), ensuring a valuable experience where clients can learn from each other and get answers to their questions in an online community

What you will need:

- Master- s/MBA degree and graduation in engineering or exposure to Tech sector

- Overall 0-2 years of relevant industry experience in Tech/IT industry, Research or Consulting

- Sound understanding of complex technology products & able to comfortably learn about new ones Project management experience & capability to give independent opinions based on facts

- Strong Microsoft Office expertise - Advanced Excel, PowerPoint

- Strong communication and collaboration skills; be a self-starter who can anticipate business needs and fulfill on them in a proactive manner

- Experience, maturity and ability to prioritize and manage workload in order to meet deadlines; proficient in multitasking; Experience working in an international environment calendaring amongst different WW time zones
