About this role

- The Associate Product Manager for TalentNeuron is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the talent planning portion of the TalentNeuron Product suite and executing its vision and strategy as defined by the Sr. Product Manager.

- Duties entail providing day-to-day support in form of user story definition, grooming and collaboration with UX Design, Data Science, and Technology teams. The Associate Product Manager drives to deliver the value, features, priority and requirements for each release, supporting the Sr. Product Manager in realizing the overall vision for TalentNeuron Plan.

What you will do:

- Understand multi-year product vision and overall strategic direction of TalentNeuron Plan, and develop a deep understanding of the value it should serve to its users.

- Provide end-user data insights requirements and collaborate with Data Science, UX design and Technology teams and assist in the development of new data models, interfaces, and features

- Provide detailed documentation of requirements in forms of user stories and support grooming efforts with UX Design, Data Science and Technology team to ensure clear understanding of the requirements and validate value delivery through UAT or other testing efforts.

- Coordinate with Sr. Product Manager to prioritize sprint & release backlogs with new platform features and improvements to provide highest value to members of TalentNeuron

- Support Marketing, Customer Success, and Account Management teams to help explain the benefit and differentiating value of the platform, and train these internal teams through internal demos and supplemental materials on new enhancements to ensure understanding of core value being delivered.

- Work with internal team, clients and prospects to identify new opportunities and support sales/renewal efforts

- Support and coordinate user feedback sessions on concepts and feature enhancements

- Review and analyze usage patterns using web metrics and internal site usage reporting to understand user behavior and provide recommendation to Sr. Product Manager and product team on enhancements or sun setting of features

What you will need:

- We are looking for 2-3 years of relevant product management experience with master degree or 3-5 years of experience with undergraduate degree.
