- 7+ years of experience in Cyber Security Operations including Security Operations Center (SOC), OT Security, Antivirus, Firewalls, Threat landscape, Malware detection Best practices, Cyber Security Assessments, etc. Drive day-to-day operations for OT Cyber Security Operations - Provide Hands-on experience on OT Security assessment and guide the Manufacturing IT team in achieving the Security controls across landscapes - Executing Service Design processesExperience in PLC or SCADA or HMI or DCS - Ensure and maintain that security requirements in the services, technical infrastructure and ways of working - Experience in Profinet / CyberX / Nozomi Networks / Clarotyor - Knowledge or experience in using Splunk / Qradar - Implementing and reporting of internal controls & Support during security Audit and Forensic investigation - Maintains up-to-date, expert knowledge of identity management systems and technologies - Continuously analyzes mission requirements to evolve the Security Operations infrastructure - Plans and directs upgrades and enhancements to the Security Operations infrastructure - Maintains expert knowledge of Cyber security threats and credential theft techniques, and constantly monitors and evolves system security posture to mitigate - Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) with ability to communicate at all organizational levels; - Track record of quickly and aggressively acting to resolve problems in the area of Application security / Crisis resolution; - Proven self-starter; able to take initiative to build organization capability and to deliver committed results; - Gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements;
