Roles and Responsibilities:

- Highly analytical, strategic, and creative thinker with strong business acumen.

- Design and develop strategic plans for the assigned accounts.

- Aid with implementing suggested plans and strategies.

- Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities

- Source sales opportunities through lead calls, follow-up, and emails

- Compliance to monthly targets and goals.

- Track & report progress and development to senior management

- Assess the competitive landscape and track key market trends and developments, to find new market opportunities.

- Investigate existing products and services and compare them with competitors.

- Handle business deals operations and activities. Own the entire proposal process: identify customer's needs, develop win themes, and produce complete proposals.

- Provide administrative support as well as excellent customer service and smooth communications.

- suggest measures for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty

- Build, encourage, and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements:

- Previous working experience as Business Development associate for about 2 +years

- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

- MBA in Business Administration or similar relevant field

- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

- A proven track record of providing actionable solutions

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Excellent presentation skills

- Critical thinker and problem solver
