GamingMonk is an e-sports gaming company based out of New Delhi. Launched in 2014, the company currently focuses on online and offline e-sports. We conduct offline tournaments for e-sport enthusiasts across India covering 8 cities so far with an expansion plan of covering 16 cities by next year. The online e-sports portal was launched with an idea of bringing the tournaments experience online and with a vision to reach out to every gamer in India. Responsibilities: - Email campaigns - set up, distribute, monitor and analyse B2B and B2C email marketing campaigns for a range of clients across a range of industries - Create SEO-optimised copy for a range of platforms in the form of blogs, product descriptions, tweets, articles and reports - PPC campaign management - keyword research, campaign set up, monitoring and reporting - Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure all client needs are met and all projects are completed on time and to budget - Conduct on-site and off-site SEO audits and competitor analysis for clients and report back to the Digital Marketing Manager - Carry out SEO outreach and link building for a number of clients - Implement and maintain SEO strategies as defined by the Digital Marketing Manager - Use Google Analytics to analyse and report on key digital marketing campaigns for each client - Help to monitor brand mentions across the web - and respond to any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Ensure client KPIs are met across all digital marketing activity - Liaise with the in-house designers to create online and offline marketing material for a range of clients - Work with the PR department to help distribute brand and client information and news across the web. Key Skills/Experience: - Previous experience in a similar role - preferably in a digital agency - BA degree in English, Journalism, Business, Media or a similar subject (or relevant experience) - Strong copy-writing and communication skills - A strong working knowledge of the key concepts of digital marketing and the main channels and techniques - SEO, PPC, Social Media, Affiliate Marketing, Email Marketing - A good working knowledge of the major analytics programs - specifically Google Analytics - Experience of conducting on-site and off-site SEO analysis and setting up and maintaining PPC campaigns - Excellent analytical and reporting skills - Strong team player - Strong organisation skills - Previous blogging and online copy-writing experience preferable Salary offered: 6-7LPA
