Designation: Senior Manager - Trust & Safety

Roles and Responsibilities

- Responsible for building a robust strategy for online fraud detection using data analytics such as collusion, multiple account investigation/blocking, and money laundering.

- Proactively identify, recognize, and strategically address any potential risks which may be faced in the future.

- Maintain a fair playing environment by ensuring proper implementation and execution of all risk management systems and processes

- Drafting risk management policies and procedures along with creating a risk response plan

- Constantly interact with different cross-functional teams in developing systems and building processes to ensure best of class risk management in the gaming industry.

- Work closely on building effective, efficient, and robust risk management and fraud detection systems and tools

- Grow, mentor, and upskill a team of risk analysts who investigate transactions/accounts across our various products and take appropriate actions based on processes, tools, and high-judgment decisions.

MUST Have

- At least 8 years of relevant industry experience in the risk management space in any analytical or semi-analytical role across Operations, Risk, Fraud investigations, etc.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Ability and zeal to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little or no supervision.

- Ability to interface and build relationships at all levels internally and externally

- Analytical, methodical, strategic in approach, detail-oriented with an investigative bent

- Excellent people management skills with 4+ years of team management experience.

- Must be a highly reliable team player with an excellent work ethic.

- Hands-on expertise in MS Office and SQL is a must. R, Python, Tableau expertise are desirable.

Bonus

- Worked previously at a fast-growing consumer internet start-up preferably gaming

- Good understanding of the rummy game
