As the Director Tax , you will be responsible for:

- Tax Strategy: Developing and implementing tax strategies to ensure compliance with tax laws while minimizing tax liabilities.

- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.

- Tax Planning: Strategizing to optimize the company's tax position, including structuring transactions to maximize tax benefits.

- Risk Management: Identifying and managing tax risks associated with the company's operations and transactions.

- Tax Audits: Managing tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities, and representing the company in discussions and negotiations.

- Team Leadership: Overseeing a team of tax professionals, including tax accountants and analysts, and providing guidance and leadership.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments such as finance, legal, and operations to ensure tax considerations are properly addressed in business decisions.

What we expect you bring to the table:

- 8 - 10 years of experience Handing Direct & Indirect Tax

- Ability to understand and optimise Direct & Indirect Tax GST Laws

- Prior Consulting experience would be a added plus
