Job Description : We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of accounting experience and possess a strong foundation in financial principles, tax preparation, and financial analysis. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for creating ad-hoc reports for various business needs, preparing tax documents, compiling and analyzing financial statements, and managing budgeting and forecasting processes.

Responsibilities :

- Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs, providing timely and accurate financial information to support decision-making processes.

- Prepare tax documents including tax returns, schedules, and filings for corporate, sales, and other applicable taxes.

- Compile and analyze financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads and management to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

- Monitor budget vs. actual performance, analyzing variances and providing insights to support cost control and optimization efforts.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and management to support business objectives and initiatives.

- Assist with internal and external audits, providing documentation and explanations as needed.

- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

- Provide financial analysis and support for special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements :

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- 3-6 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

- Strong understanding of financial principles, tax preparation, and financial analysis.

- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- CPA or other relevant professional certifications are a plus.

- Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes is preferred.
