We are a one-stop shop for gamification solutions for enterprises. Our practitioners include experts from the field of Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning and Gamification. In our team, we have years of experience of delivering highly complex products and services in a professional services environment.

Our flagship productivity improvement platform - BitNudge is a gamified performance management system and a fun-based learning system that fundamentally transform sales productivity of the workforce. Other innovative offerings include Artificial Intelligence powered Virtual Assistant (Voice bots), Digitization toolkit, Custom mobile keypads etc.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Projects Lead at GameChange Solutions must be an energetic self-starter who can quickly grasp the company's vision, develop specific tactical plans and begin implementation upon appropriate approvals. The candidate must be resourceful and be able to develop a well-defined plan to progress the assigned tasks. The candidate should be able to generate high-quality data insights and rive internal and external discussions on the basis of data insights.

Responsibilities -

- Key member of the team supporting in building and delivering products and services

- Manage and lead assignments including day-to-day follow up with project teams and ensuring client expectations are met

- Keep up to date with innovations in the market, understanding the impact to our clients

- Preparing updates and presentations for the Senior Management to help drive both internal and external discussions

- Manage the developments in the company's products and services based on client requirements

- Conduct data analysis independently or with limited supervision to generate business insights

- Liaise with the client teams, implement and pilot planned solution with the selected employee base

- Record keeping and data warehousing to enable Advanced Analytics operations and to generate meaningful business insights

Requirements -

- Education: Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution

- Years of Experience: 2 - 5 years of experience in Financial Services. Minimum 2 years of experience within a professional services environment

- Previous experience in consulting/ investment banking environment is preferable

- Excellent organizational skills, having the ability to prioritize workload whilst being resilient and being able to cope well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

- Proven IT skills in Excel, Word and Powerpoint

- Language Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), particularly ability to articulate concepts and recommendations in written form (PowerPoint reports, charts etc.)

- The ability and willingness to travel

- Strong capability to lead sales and manage the delivery

- Strong ability to manage large project teams including tech team

- Demonstrated track record in development and implementation of practical solutions to complex strategic challenges

- Proven strong analytical capabilities

- Should have gained previous experience in managing staff and the ability to demonstrate leadership skills

- Self-starter and works well under pressure

- Familiar with banking landscape and product offerings

- Understands key customer interactions within an organization

- Comfortable with change and learning new things, working outside of the comfort zone

- Strong report writing skills and ability to articulate complex pieces of information for senior stakeholders in a visual way

- Ability to research and source information from third-party providers
