Senior Product Analyst

Job Designation - Senior Product Analyst

Responsibilities:

- The candidate would be working in the central Analytics team. The projects will mainly focus on business aspects that cut across games/pods.

- The main stakeholders for this role would be the senior management and leadership team.

- The candidate is required to be self-motivated and passionate about solving ambiguous problems using the first principles of thinking.

The role would include (but not be limited to) the candidate to:

a. Monitor the North Star metrics and maintain executive dashboard(s) for the leadership team,

b. Act as a consultant to identify opportunities and assist the leadership team with long-term strategies

c. Conduct deep dives into critical business aspects,

d. Improve analytics infrastructure

e. Leverage data science skills and techniques to solve advanced analytics problems.

Requirements:

- Preferred Bachelors from Tier-1 institute with some past relevant experience in Analytics / Business. Analytics Roles in ideally user-facing product companies (B2C preferred over B2B).

- Experience in Social Product companies or part of the founder's office would be a great plus.

- Candidates with past projects in data science / completed courses on advanced analytics techniques (Like statistics/ML/python etc.) are preferred
