Job Designation: Relationship Manager

Clubs are an audio chatroom platform where users come and engage in love audio format with all users.

- The role is to help our top users with the best experience on the platform.

- You will manage the top users of the clubs and be responsible for their retention.

- You will establish and manage relationships to drive user spending & engagement of the user on clubs.

- You will connect with them and make strong user relationships with these users on WhatsApp or any other platform.

- You will understand user needs and make action plans to provide them with better services to upsell.

Requirements

- Fluent in English and Hindi, both written and spoken

- 1 years experience as a VIP Relationship Manager for English/Hindi audio live streaming services or in similar roles in other industries

- Demonstrates high level of integrity in the professional domain.

- Process-oriented person, who is able to work in operations while following up on the SOP

- Empathy to understand top users' issues and resolve them in an effective manner-

- Proficient in MS Excel (or Google Sheets) and MS Word (or Google Docs)

- Ability to analyze the implications of online communications and messages.

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in the native language.

- Strong Analytical and Logical Reasoning skills.

- Attention to detail, good observational skills and problem-solver.
