Gameberry Labs - Operations Lead

Roles & Responsibilities :

- We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship/Account Manager to join our team and provide exceptional service to our valued customers in the Asia (India/Pakistan/Bangladesh) Region. You will also be responsible for hiring agencies and content creators to join our platform, reaching out to them, and onboarding them according to Ludo Star Clubs' policy.

- You will establish and manage relationships with our VIP users, agencies, and top content creators to drive sales and adoption. Additionally, you will be responsible for.

- Preparing data dashboards to track the performance of hosts and agencies and sharing the same with them.

- Communicating with top users, collecting feedback, and using insights to drive growth.

- Understanding the cultural nuances of specific countries/regions and the target audience.

- Designing and successfully running campaigns and tournaments for our users in the region.

- Managing and executing the content calendar while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

- Demonstrating the ability to use internal tools for the deployment of specific requirements for hosts and creators.

- Structured replay of community feedback to relevant teams and cross-functional collaboration with product marketing and support teams.

- Exploring new ways to scale our user base and connect with new people.

Requirements :

- A minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, or Business Development within the Audio Live Streaming/Social Media industry.

- A keen interest in social media, especially Live Streaming, and familiarity with the fast-changing nature of the industry.

- Proficiency in MS Excel (or Google Sheets) and MS Word (or Google Docs).

- The ability to analyze the implications of online communications and messages.

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in the native language.

- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.

- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, make informed decisions, and effectively manage tasks with minimal supervision.

- Exceptional attention to detail, with the capability to manage complex tasks while maintaining accuracy and precision.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural aptitude for fostering strong relationships with strategic users and creating a positive and lasting impact.

- Expertise in Hindi and English (proficiency in Bengali will be a plus).
