Job Designation : Performance Marketing Manager -II
As a Performance Marketing Manager-II, you will be a key member of our team who is responsible for growing our player base and expanding our audience. The Ideal fit would be one who is analytical, Creative, and Strategic.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies that align with the company's overall marketing goals.
- Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across channels, such as Google, paid social, ad networks, etc.
- Analyze data to track, optimize & report key insights regarding the campaign performance.
- Plan in-depth analysis to uncover user trends, opportunities, and strong data-driven decisions
- Make resource allocation (budget, tool development, creative development) decisions to meet business objectives.
- Build an experiment plan by coming up with relevant hypotheses for open problem statements.
- Influence broader business decisions to help achieve game and UA team goals.
- Manage and build relationships with key internal & external stakeholders.
- Incorporate processes across experimentations, creatives, reporting, etc for the UA team.
- In-depth understanding of user behavior & market landscape.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest UA trends and technologies.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience with at least 3 years of experience in media buying/user acquisition/ performance marketing.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
- Outstanding creative & analytical problem-solving acumen.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical skills - experience working on analytics projects would be preferred.
- Good understanding of creative best practices.
- A gaming background would be an added advantage.
