Job Designation: Performance Marketing Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage & execute user acquisition, digital branding as well as reactivation campaigns for Ludo Star app.

- Ownership of campaign performance - monitor& optimize the same on regular basis.

- Responsible for campaigns across channels, such as Google, Meta, Snapchat, Tiktok etc.

- Draw accurate insights from data trends regarding marketing experiments and define next steps for the same

- Work very closely with the analytics team on experiment design and conclusions

- Liaison with the creative team on UA creative requirements

- Stay up-to-date on the latest UA trends and technologies

Requirements:

- 2+ years of performance marketing experience.

- Proven ability to execute successful marketing campaigns across digital channels like Google, Facebook

- Outstanding creative & analytical problem-solving acumen

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Understanding of creative best practices

- Prior experience with app-based business preferred
