Job Designation: Creative Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Come up with creative solutions with respect to concept, design, and copywriting.
- Analyse creative performance to suggest new creative hypotheses and experimentation plans.
- Evaluate creative ad trends and keep up to date with the latest creative marketing techniques.
- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and powerful communication.
- Deliver engaging content that propels our mission of brand obsession and growth.
- Interpret data and use it to make informed decisions about content strategy for performance marketing/social media/ASO.
- Create detailed creative briefs for static and video requirements.
- Manage the daily workflow and monitor deadlines.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in content /creative marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communication, Marketing or related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Well versed in digital media including new and emerging platforms.
- Experience working on creatives with the performance marketing team & app stores
- Ability to create and maintain work trackers.
- Experience in creative analysis.
- Must have excellent analytical and communication skills.
