Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Logistics BPO Sales Leader to join our dynamic sales team with a focus on US trucking market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our logistics BPO services, establishing, and nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our market presence in the logistics BPO sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition:

- Identify and target potential clients in need of Logistics BPO services specifically in the area of large US trucking organizations.

- Develop and implement effective strategies to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.

2. Sales Presentations:

- Conduct compelling presentations to showcase the benefits and capabilities of our Logistics BPO services for US trucking customers.

- Clearly articulate how our solutions align with clients' business objectives and address their specific needs.

3. Needs Assessment:

- Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and challenges.

- Conduct thorough needs assessments to tailor BPO solutions that meet client requirements.

4. Proposal Development:

- Prepare comprehensive proposals outlining service offerings, pricing structures, and contractual terms.

- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure proposed solutions align with operational capabilities.

5. Negotiation and Closing:

- Engage in negotiations to finalize contract terms and agreements.

- Close deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.

6. Relationship Management:

- Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

7. Market Research:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.

- Provide insights to leadership on potential opportunities and challenges in the US trucking market.

Qualifications:

- Ability to bring in Book of Business from large US trucking customers.

- Proven experience in Logistics BPO services sales or a related field.

- Strong understanding of outsourcing industry trends and client needs.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
