- Identifying opportunities & exploring growth avenues via new products, applications, markets & tap new regions globally.

- Achieve the business objectives for the unit with respect to sales turnover & profitability.

- To lead & manage the Fasteners Business Unit's complete Operations including Product Development, Technology Upgradation etc.

Desired Profile of the candidate :

- MBA from a premier institute with a minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in the Sales & Marketing & Plant Operations of Fasteners (Industrial).
