Manager/Senior Manager - Sales & Marketing (Fasteners)

- Responsible for business development of fasteners

- Should have been on field meeting customers, participated in exhibitions etc to generate leads

Experience - 8 to 10 years in Sales & Marketing, out of which minimum 5 years in marketing of fasteners (including high tensile) to industrials with segments like railways, electrical, wind energy, infrastructure, oil and gas, etc in India

- Should have good knowledge of applications, materials, coatings, etc specific to fasteners

- Knowledge / experience in exports will be added advantage

Desired candidate profile :

- Graduate with MBA in Marketing from premium institute with the following skillset :

- Market expertise in sales management, project management & direct selling

- Digital marketing

- Market research

- Brand building

- Market entry strategy
