To become the top employer and the leading market player, we are now building our Campus Recruitment function and looking for Campus Recruiters who will help our Private Equity Intelligence team rapidly expand.

What does the role entail? :

- Being responsible for Pre-MBA and MBA graduate end-to-end recruitment of top-tier talent in India

- Managing inbound recruitment streams - setting up ads, managing workflow, screening candidates, scheduling interviews and providing feedback to rejected candidates

- Spearheading outbound recruitment for high potential candidates

- Undertaking introductory calls with high potential candidates to share the Gain.pro journey and screen organisational fit

- Participating in campus recruitment and employer branding activities

What do you need to join us? :

- 5 years of experience in leading end-to-end recruitment processes for Pre-MBA and MBA graduate roles

- Experience gained in financial institutions strongly preferred

- Passion for spotting rising talents and building teams from the scratch

- World-class communication skills - proactive, mature and outgoing approach

- Bias to action - you get a lot done with minimal effort

- Hands-on mindset - you enjoy owning deliverables

- Based in Bangalore or open for relocation
