About the position:

The position out of HYDERABAD will take you to the CIO's and CXO's of Indias top enterprises on a weekly basis. You will be pitching the elastic iPaaS (integration platform as a service) on a cloud based OpeEX friendly subscription model.

You will also define, evolve and oversee execution of nationwide (India) sales strategy, go to market plans and identify strategic partners both in the private and public sector.

Must Have domain specific technical skills:

1. Prior, proven and demonstrated experience in a leadership role selling new PaaS/SaaS solutions to Indian enterprises.

2. Proven experince in selling to all three of:

i. Large Scale Private sector enteprises

ii. Large Public and Govt Sector organizations

iii. Established Startups

3. Access and mindshare of CIO's in Indian enterprises is an essential prerrquisite

4. Proven access and connects to relavent Industry bodies and organizations

5. Must be very comfortable selling into India, a globally cutting edge, high tech IT SaaS product

6. Very comfortable in negotiations, proposals, sales planning process and managing the end to end sales cycle

7. This position will lead and manage inside sales and direct sales activity

8. Must be a technically savvy sales individual with an ability to pitch complex technology capability in the field of Data Warehousing, ETL and BigData domains

9. Must be a natural speaker at trade shows and industry events and at ease on the global stage

10. Ability to author sales content (presentations, RFP responses, emails) effortlessly and independently is essential

Must have Sales Leadership Skills:

1. Must imspire confidence and business trustworthiness both internally and externally

2. Must have global business exposure, especially in EMEA and APAC

3. Mentor teams as a leader if not a manager.

4. Deep understanding & respect for the Agile process.

5. Experience in working with the culture prevalent in product development organizations.

6. Passion to market high-tech software products.

7. Highly ambitious for success & growth.
