Position: Sr. Instructional Designer

Reporting to: Head - Content Management

Experience

- 3-7 years of relevant experience

Skills

Mandatory:

- Expertise in all the facets of Microsoft Office (especially, MS PowerPoint and MS Word)

- Expertise in (one or more) e-learning authoring tools

- Strong knowledge of instructional design concepts

- Excellent verbal and oral communicator skills

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

- Experience in creating ILTs and WBTs for software products/solutions

- Good attention to detail

- Strong knowledge of grammar and composition rules

- Ability to work independently without much supervision

Optional:

- Ability to administer learning management systems

Academic Qualifications

- Graduate/Post Graduate

Role Description

- Understand requirements by communicating with SMEs, product owners, product architects, and other stakeholders

- Design and develop ILTs and WBTs

- Create assessments

- Ensure standardization and integrity of courseware

- Coordinate all WBT production tasks

- Monitor project development and mentor other instructional designers

- Create graphically engaging and interactive presentations in MS PowerPoint

- Collect feedback and revamp content (presentations, courseware, manuals)

- Work with graphic designers to create advanced graphical content
