Gaian is looking to scale up its training capabilities. We require a Product Manager whose responsibilities would be the following: - Work with new hires across roles and teams: Sales, product, customer service, operations, HR, marketing, etc. - Create and implement training modules that are relevant to the respective teams Manage training for new hires to ensure they are equipped to deliver and succeed in their roles. - Work closely with senior management and middle management to help understand the organization's ever-evolving training goals. - Implement a good performance improvement plan to help everyone in the organization succeed at their role in the best possible way Have an entrepreneurial mindset with a deep interest in business metrics Able to train on soft skills, product, and general modules. - Hire trainers and scale the training departments over the course of time to ensure maximum efficiency have at least 4 years of experience in training. - Experience in a software products environment would be an added advantage. - People who have managed large teams in contact center operations and have no experience in training can also apply. Role & Responsibilities: - Build ground up a SAS based tech-driven in-app engagement product - Released the beta version in a short span of a year on multi-tenancy. - In-app user engagement is powered via features like Feed, Shoppable links, Curated content, Rewards, Multi-content, Multi-Feed, etc. - Content feed based on rules and recommendations - Report to Chief Delivery Officer - Hands-on practice on microservice architecture - Assisting JIRA implementation throughout the company - Learning IoT architecture design and implementation - Looking after the integrations and API development - Worked with PMO, using agile project methodology, to manage the monthly performance of various (RIA) websites & Mobile Applications. - A Primary point of contact between the development team and stakeholders. - Created plan documents, and met with stakeholders to discuss performance needs. - Produced weekly status reports, risks, issues, and action items as well as coordinated meetings with development teams (varied in size from one to six people and comprised of Designers, Developers, Testers, production support, and application engineers) and project stakeholders. - Participated in daily scrum meetings. Learned quickly and thoroughly about various application architectures in order to recommend appropriate technology for the project. - Established and managed relationships with business and technology stakeholders. - Worked with the development team to create a process to update the code base in test environments.
