Legal Support Specialist

MUST TO HAVE:

- Draft, review, and manage a wide range of legal documents relevant to US law, including but not limited to contracts, agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and compliance documents.

- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with US laws and regulations, providing timely and accurate advice to the US teams.

- Collaborate with US-based legal and operational teams to understand documentation requirements, offering solutions that mitigate legal risks and enhance operational efficiency.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in US legislation and regulatory requirements, advising on potential impacts on the company's operations.

- Assist in the preparation of case materials and documentation for legal proceedings in the US.

- Support the legal team in managing and responding to legal inquiries, ensuring effective communication and coordination between the Indian and US offices.

Requirements Skills:

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.

- A certification or degree from a US institution or equivalent experience in US law is highly desirable.

- Minimum of 6months of experience in a legal or paralegal role with a focus on US documentation and legal processes.

- Strong knowledge of US legal practices, documentation, and compliance requirements.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.

- Proficiency in legal research tools and software commonly used in the US.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a global team, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
