About the Job:

- Own the BD and revenue targets for the company.

- To start with, BD will be a single person team with pre-sales support from the wider team.

- Join as part of the leadership team to contribute towards company strategy development

About the Candidate:

The company is is looking for an entreprenurial, 'young at heart' VP for business development.

- Prefer 5-8 years of experience in BD or Sales with a successful sales track record in software services/ IT/ Digital agency

- You understand web development, mobile development, digital marketing and social media.

- Self Starter. Has a fire in the belly. Walks through walls. Takes no prisoners. In a word: driven. Even when no one is watching. Especially then.

- You're a juggler. You always have multiple balls in the air and you juggle them. You don't drop balls.

- You're a team player. You can't imagine yourself saying that's not my job. You're confident, not cocky. You're always ready to take on new responsibilities

- Creative. You like to think of new ideas to innovate for clients and grow business from them.

- Good Judgement. You've had experience with startups and you understand what is great quality work.

- Huge plus. Have been in a leadership role with a start-up before or founded/co-founded a company before.
