Your Key Responsibilities :
- The right candidate must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understanding how to prioritize to hit all stakeholder SLAs
- Thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done
- The best candidates will draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partner
- Exceptional at market research, candidate generation, prioritization, and understand the value of providing strong candidate experience
- Drive the best possible candidate and referee experience, delivering on key internal SLAs
What To Bring?
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition with a performance driven organization preferably from E-Commerce Startup ecosystem
- Open for candidates coming from Consultancy background having experience with hiring for fast paced startups / E-Commerce organizations
- Should have experience / inclination toward both Non-tech & Technology hiring
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing
- Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods and use of social media and job boards with strong experience in sourcing
- A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
