About the role:
This is a very vibrant role in Gaana where an individual defines and communicates the business's KPIs and targets to sales personnel on a regular basis, analyses patterns in consumer and market behavior, and subsequently defines data-driven action strategies in order to consistently optimize the business's commercial performance. It will be P&L handling role along with strategizing the entire sales flow end to end.
Responsibilities:-
- Drive P&L, revenue, growth and market share growth.
- Completely responsible for growing the revenue by sales efforts, market coverage and new business development for self- serve platforms.
- Maintain communication and relationships across organizational functions, key ones being Product, Marketing, Finance and drive the revenue generation through multiple teams.
- Develop strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Ensure the motivation levels in the team and keep the team engaged for long run.
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
- Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reachout, onboarding, activation, and expansion.
Required skills and qualification:-
- Excellent verbal & written communication. Strong organizational, interpersonal, time management and presentation skills.
- Over 13-15 years experience in managing sales (B2B)/or digital, partnerships and strategic alliances ideally in a product based organization.
- Proactive with the ability to work in a self - directed way.
- MBA /PGDM full time 2 years course , Tier 1 or Tier 2 Institutes
- Complete solution-driven mindset & self-motivation.
- Knowledge of Ad Technology
- Ability to cope up with a fast- moving business environment
- Excellent with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office productivity software
