About the role: The role encompasses the following :

- Set define and implement the brand & content strategy inline with business strategy.

- Own brand health metrics like awareness, consideration & preference.

- Maintain a consistent brand tone across different mediums and different formats of creatives.

- Float briefs with internal and external creative agencies towards various different brand campaigns including external offline and online campaigns and also for internal platform campaigns.

- Media planning for all external offline campaigns including OTT channels and also implementing media plans on internal platforms.

- Scope out the markets geographically, in terms of languages and in terms of areas and regions in which campaigns need to be run to drive user growth and engagement.

Required skills and qualification :

- MBA- Marketing , 9-12 years experience in FMCG &/or consumer tech space.

- Ability / experience on youth & lifestyle brands that are driving culture will be preferred.

- Great sense of visual design & copy across static creatives and videos.

- Ability to get the best out of internal and external creative teams via sharp marketing briefs.
