About the role :
- Brand Custodian- responsible for all brand related communication for Gaana. Set, define and implement the tonality of the brand across different mediums and different formats of creatives.
- End to end campaign management- from floating briefs to internal and external agencies till execution of the campaign.
- Responsible for brand campaigns spanning online as well as offline media, media planning and also implementing media plans on internal platforms
- Competitor analysis and mapping- keeping a pulse on the industry trends and best practices
- Looking for collaboration areas with labels and artists, brainstorming to feature best-in-class content for Gaana users.
- Coordinating with multiple internal teams for each campaign- product, editorial, content, production etc. as well as external creative, media, PR and other agencies.
- Continuously draw insights and learnings from the campaigns to deliver industry best output. Focus on ROI and performance of each Mktg. activity.
Required skills and qualification:
- Brand campaign management.
- Experience in strategizing and delivering brand films will be a plus.
- Media planning experience, both offline (TV, Radio, Print, Outdoor) and online.
- Great sense of visual design across static creatives and videos.
- Hands-on experience of copywriting would be handy.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams as a service provider to different units of business.
- 4+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Brand Campaigns, Campaign Management, Ad Creatives, etc. kind of roles
- Experience working in the Media & Entertainment sector will be an added advantage (not a must have)
- Good understanding of social media marketing and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent communication and project management skills with a go-getter attitude. Should be able to drive the campaigns single handedly.
