Gaadi.com - Senior Product Manager - IIT/NIT/BITS

Product Manager at Gaadi.com are responsible for new product planning, executing and delivering world class products on the web and mobile platforms - consumer facing, dealer facing and internal process improvement products.

Key Roles:

- Define the product vision, strategy and roadmap

- Generate consumer insight and understanding leveraging analytics, primary interview techniques and secondary research

- Deliver product specs, prioritize features, communicate trade-offs while leading a team of junior product managers

- Work with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Design, QA, Support teams to deliver and execute on the roadmap

- Coordinate and manage external 3rd party partners and vendors (designers, development agencies)

- Design and run beta / pilot programs with early-stage products and product iteration cycle

- Establish strong product management processes, run daily, weekly reviews

Key Requirements :

Education : CS, Math or EE undergrad background from Tier I Engineering School, MBA optional

- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

- Ability to work in cross-functional settings and influence without formal authority

- Strong project management and coordination skills

- Passionate about design and the space (who does not love cars - )

- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Product Manager

- Experience of developing / launching atleast one mobile product
