Job Description:   Drive city level sales targets for Used Car - Finance business  Responsibilities:   - Drive monthly revenue targets for the business   - Work closely with regional sales head and overall business head to drive regional sales action plan in line with business objectives   - Identify, develop and manage partnerships with dealer principals   Candidate profile:   - Sales management experience in retail banking, preferably auto loans   - Prior experience in building & managing channel partnerships (e.g. dealer network in case of auto loans) will be a plus  - Passionate to drive sales target  - Strong planning ability & customer orientation.   - Thorough on problem solving abilities & negotiation skills.   Locations:   North: Gurgaon   West: Mumbai   South: Chennai
