COO Responsibilities:

1. Designing and implementing business operations

2. Establishing policies that promote company culture and vision

3. Overseeing operations of the company and the work of executives

4. Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (Marketing, Sales, and Finance etc.)

5. Manage relationships with partners/vendors

6. Business development management

7. Procurement ability and management

Requirements

1. Proven experience as Chief Operating Office or relevant role

2. Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing Business,operation,leagal

3. Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development

4. Experience in fundraising will be a plus

5. Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills

6. Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving

7. Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities

8. Strong technical /operational skills
