Fyr Homes - Business Operations Manager

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Drive critical strategic initiatives, work cross-functionally to structure problems, analyse opportunities, develop actionable solutions through a rigorous data driven process

- Collaborate with senior leadership team to identify design thinking/innovation opportunities

- Develop automated solutions (RPA/Cognitive/Scripts/Platform) and define process automation roadmap by partnering with business and technology teams

- Develop metrics to measure business performance and identify enablers to improve efficiencies

- Ideate and collaborate with BI team to develop dashboards & provide insight into business operations

- Formulate, implement, and review operational policies and procedures for business unit

- Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives of the team, including but not exclusive to successful transition/implementation of new processes and process improvement initiatives

- Provide insights to the business through analytics and market research as required

- Work independently on projects, from concept to completion, and must be able to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion

- Provide constant, ongoing communication to ensure barriers/obstacles are removed and necessary support is obtained

- Mentor quality assurance process and ensure adherence of process compliance and quality standards

QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL SKILLSETS :

- Mandatory MBA from Tier 1 Business School

- Atleast 2+ years experience post MBA

- Experience in operational project management or operational consulting roles preferred

- Basic knowledge of SQL, VBA, Python preferred

- Knowledge of six sigma tools preferred

- Should be emotionally matured; Need to be resourceful & comfortable working with people from diverse culture

- Exercise good judgement in diverse circumstances with strong communication and presentation skill

- Resilient in withstanding pressure and delivering efficiently; Demonstrate positive outlook on everyday challenges
