Lead Operations - Fynd (Mumbai)  Experience : 5-8 years  The Team :  - The Operations team is single handedly responsible to deliver a delightful experience to the customer. The team drives logistics, customer service and store management.  - As Lead you are responsible for all aspects of Operations that lead to consumer delight. You report directly to the founders and are part of the company's executive team.  Roles & Responsibilities :  - Create, implement and optimize logistics, customer support and store management processes to build a great customer experience  - Negotiate and manage third party vendors such as packaging partners, delivery partners and support partners among others, involved in multiple stages of the purchase and fulfillment journey  - Use data to identify opportunities to improve customer and merchant delight  - Build a strong network of satisfied, reliable and highly effective crew that is obsessed with delivering a top-notch customer experience  - Support the marketing and business team with on-ground store initiatives  - Build organization capability (team and knowledge) to create India's best and most effective customer delight programs  - Actively partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as key stakeholders, PR, creative, national advertising, go-to-market and individual campaign teams to ensure a consistent message and focus across all consumer touch points  Requirements :  - A great understanding and a strong interest in the retail/eCommerce sector, brand awareness and retail trends  - A great understanding of logistics and customer support  - A jugaadu attitude and ability to just get the work done  - Excellent communication, creative and interpersonal skills  - Ability to build, manage and mentor large teams  - A customer centric, creative and analytical problem-solving mindset  - Curious about macro consumer trends and keeping an eye out for new ways to delight the consumer  - A penchant for being data driven and a stickler for analyzing and improving every activity  - 5-8 years work experience in consumer internet company or logistics agency in India  - A bachelor or master's degree in Engineering from a Tier 1 college is preferred
