We are looking for a stellar resource for our Fynd Platform team.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Prospect and acquire brands for the platform by closing deals with the best brands across the country

- Understanding the brand proposition, negotiating with brands on commercial agreements and setting proper expectations

- Hands on business development, brand/retailer onboarding and account management

- Overseeing the onboarding process for new brands on to the platform and working with various stakeholders inside and outside for quick turnaround

- Building strong communication channels at all levels of the brand organisation to strengthen relationships, successfully execute initiatives and drive growth

- Being hands-on with data, create dashboards and reports to share with brands you manage on the platform

- Working with the brand's as well as internal marketing team to strategies and execute new and relevant marketing campaigns and promotion plans to drive brand visibility, traffic and transactions

- Identifying opportunities to deepen the relationship with the brand organisation; expanding the product and brand portfolio

- Maintaining a broad understanding of the brand's P&L, revenue targets and gross margins and using it for better decision-making

Requirement:-

- Decent data analysis & Excel skills. Able to learn new data & analytical tools independently

- Good network across the retail ecosystem including brands, retailers, e-commerce companies, technology and consulting service providers etc.

- Knowledge of Ecommerce

- Handle projects with problem solving & product mindset, Retail market study or Brand interaction to get inputs on new technologies or Brand updates

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills, Updated on Indian Retail trends - Good negotiation skills

- Excellent time and task management skills, Understanding brands in depth business requirements

- Works approach should be always customer centric, Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment

- Take ownership & responsibility in every task

- Excellent presentation skills, preparing effect ppt

- Knowledge of Retail Supply chain

- Assisting Sr. team members to achieve team targets

- Accountable for brand's business at Fynd

- Business Margin calculations
