Fynd - Account Manager - Operations

Fynd is India's largest offline to online fashion platform. Fynd works with 300+ brands across 9000+ stores in 40+ cities to aggregate store inventory in real time. Across Fynd's own direct to consumer channel, instore omnichannel and api consumption channels, Fynd distributes this inventory feed to drive transactions and manage fulfillment.

You will be joining the Operations team that is responsible for acquiring and Maintaining relationships with retail brands and ensuring their success on the Fynd's Omni Channel platform, Fynd Store

Responsibilities:

- Deploy and activate new brands and stores onto Fynd Store

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing brands

- Set proper expectations, provide clear communications, and manage a growth plan

- Communicate clearly the progress of weekly, monthly & quarterly sales to internal and external (brand) stakeholders

- Collaborate with brand POC and internal content team to update new collections on the Omni Channel platform on an on-going basis

- Work with brands to evaluate the efficiency of the store dashboard and Fyndr operations and suggest improvements wherever necessary to the brand and internal stakeholders

- Taking full accountability for the brand's orders and ensuring great performance and growth for the brand on Fynd Store

Requirements:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills

- A decent understanding and/or a strong interest in the Retail/ eCommerce sector, brand awareness and retail trends

- Good negotiation skills

- Excellent time and task management skills

- Understanding of a retail brand's growth drivers

- Basic digital marketing understanding

- A customer centric, creative and analytical problem-solving mindset

- Advanced data handling/ Excel skills and keen eye for detail

- Account management experience is a plus
